We provide inclusive, supportive group exercise programs designed to improve physical health, confidence, and social connection for NDIS participants. Our sessions focus on collaborative interaction using physical strength, movement, and human physicality in a safe, structured, and encouraging environment.
Our programs are not personal training or high-intensity fitness. Instead, we create welcoming small group classes (5 participants per coach) that promote participation, teamwork, and positive social interaction while building everyday movement skills.
Our programs are suitable for participants who can safely take part in small group movement sessions and who may have psychosocial, intellectual, sensory or mild physical disabilities. They are particularly suited to people who benefit from structured routines and positive group environments, and who are working toward goals related to physical health and wellbeing, social participation, confidence, independence and broader community engagement.

The session uses games, challenges, and interactive exercises to encourage teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. Support staff guide participants in exploring verbal cues, touch, and cooperative strategies, promoting both physical development and meaningful social connection.

Participants engage in partner-based bodyweight exercises to improve strength, mobility, and functional movement. The session encourages social interaction, teamwork, and collaborative problem-solving through guided exercises, games, and partner challenges. Support staff assist participants in exploring verbal cues, touch, and communication to safely and effectively work together.

Participants engage in dynamic group movement inspired by rhythm, coordination, and collective flow. Sessions combine mobility, balance, and functional strength exercises with interactive games and rhythm-based activities whilst getting a sweat up and encouraging social connection, self-expression, and teamwork. Support staff assist participants in exploring movement patterns, timing, and collaborative strategies in a safe and engaging environment.

Support staff assist participants in safely exploring movement, posture, and breathwork, promoting both physical wellbeing and meaningful social engagement.
