NDIS

Small Group Collaborative Movement Programs

We provide inclusive, supportive group exercise programs designed to improve physical health, confidence, and social connection for NDIS participants. Our sessions focus on collaborative interaction using physical strength, movement, and human physicality in a safe, structured, and encouraging environment.

Our programs are not personal training or high-intensity fitness. Instead, we create welcoming small group classes (5 participants per coach) that promote participation, teamwork, and positive social interaction while building everyday movement skills.

Classes

What We Focus On

  • Improving strength, balance, coordination, and mobility
  • Supporting functional movement for daily living
  • Building confidence and independence through physical activity
  • Encouraging social connection and group participation
  • Creating a positive, motivating routine around physical movement

How Our Sessions Work

Our sessions are delivered in small groups of around five participants per coach and run as one hour structured classes with clear written goals and outcomes for each person. Activities are based on adaptable, interactive and exploratory movement, designed to suit different abilities and individual support needs. Coaching focuses on safety, connection, belonging and inclusion, while encouraging bonding, teamwork and positive peer support within a welcoming group environment.

NDIS Outcomes We Support

Our programs support participants working toward increased community participation, improved physical capacity and the development of confidence and self-esteem. Sessions also assist with building social and communication skills, establishing healthy routines and lifestyle habits, and strengthening both physical and social independence to support everyday participation and long term wellbeing.

Participants We Support

Our programs are suitable for participants who can safely take part in small group movement sessions and who may have psychosocial, intellectual, sensory or mild physical disabilities. They are particularly suited to people who benefit from structured routines and positive group environments, and who are working toward goals related to physical health and wellbeing, social participation, confidence, independence and broader community engagement.
