Jesse is dedicated to guiding people toward achieving a flow state through a holistic approach that looks at the body & mind as a whole. Jesse’s coaching style integrates physical alignment, strength, flexibility, mobility and breathwork but also addresses key lifestyle factors such as sleep, hydration, nutrition, and stress management.

Believing that there is a time to work out and a time to work in, Jesse blends structured training with mindful practices to create sustainable, long-term health and vitality.

  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness
  • CHEK Integrated Movement Science (IMS) Level 1
  • 200HR RYT (Vinyasa, Yin Yoga)
